Frost of Grapes with Vanilla

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 kg seedless grapes
  • 2 lemons, juice of
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. In a pot allow all the ingredients to simmer, except the lemon and the vanilla. After 15 minutes add the lemon and let simmer for 2 minutes more. Take off the heat.
  2. Add the vanilla and stir. Leave to infuse, covered with a lid.
  3. Serve cold.
