Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 kg seedless grapes
- 2 lemons, juice of
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In a pot allow all the ingredients to simmer, except the lemon and the vanilla. After 15 minutes add the lemon and let simmer for 2 minutes more. Take off the heat.
- Add the vanilla and stir. Leave to infuse, covered with a lid.
- Serve cold.
