- 200 g medium shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, sliced
- 1 chili, sliced
- ¾ cup virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the oil in a small (clay) pot. Add the garlic and cook until slightly golden brown. Stir in the chili.
- Add the shrimps and cook them for 3 minutes over high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve very hot in the same pot; covered with a dish to let the ingredients to infuse together (for a few minutes).
