Anchovies with Artichokes

  • 250 g canned artichoke hearts in brine, drained
  • 125 g anchovies in olive oil, drained


  1. Lay one anchovy on each artichoke heart. Serve more anchovies all over, if you want.
  2. Keep in the fridge.
