Baked Apples with Liquor and Cinnamon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 apples, cored and made a shallow incision all around (for them not to burst)
  • 6 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 pinches of cinnamon
  • 100 ml apple liquor

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Put the apples in a baking dish. Fill each with 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon of butter and half a cinnamon stick.
  3. Drizzle with the liquor. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar. And bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with a little cinnamon.
