Melon & Cured Ham

  • ½ Christmas melon, cut into 4 slices
  • 6 ham slices at room temperature


  1. Remove the pips of the melon. Cut it into slices. Then chop into large chunks without cutting the skin.
  2. You can put the ham on another plate, for the diners to help themselves.
