Yogurt Ice Cream of Baked Apple

  • 180 g condensed milk
  • 250 g plain yogurt
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 250 g pulp of baked apples
  • 200 ml sauce, from the baked apples


  1. Whisk the condensed milk with the yogurt. Fold in the whipping cream and the apple pulp. Pour in the ice maker.
  2. When done, pour the ice cream into a loaf tin lined with cling film/ or into silicone molds.
  3. Freeze at least for 6 h, until firm.
  4. Serve sliced or scooped (with a hot spoon).
  5. Drizzle the apple sauce over the ice cream.
