Ingredients
- 700 g beef stew meat, cut into cubes
- 3 garlic cloves, peeled
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- ½ onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 300 g mushrooms, sliced
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- ½ green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 200 g peas
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Season the meat with salt and pepper. Heat the oil and sauté the meat along with the garlic. Stir in the paprika, but be careful not to burn it.
- Stir in the onion, the carrots, the mushrooms, the bell peppers, the tomato sauce and the peas. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with a lid and let simmer in its own steam for 4 hours.
