No Cook White Asparagus with Smoked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 16 canned white asparagus, chilled
  • ¼ kg smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Arrange asparagus on a platter or individual dishes.
  2. Spoon the mayonnaise aside.
  3. Drape the salmon slices on a side.
  4. Sprinkle capers over.
  5. Keep in the fridge.
