Ingredients
- 16 canned white asparagus, chilled
- ¼ kg smoked salmon, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
Directions
- Arrange asparagus on a platter or individual dishes.
- Spoon the mayonnaise aside.
- Drape the salmon slices on a side.
- Sprinkle capers over.
- Keep in the fridge.
