- 250 g watermelon, peeled and seedless
- 1 orange zest finely grated (be careful not to grate the bitter white pith)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- In a blender combine all the ingredients together.
- Test if more sugar is needed: it depends on the sweetness of the watermelon.
- Pour into molds and introduce it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
