Ingredients
- 800 gr potatoes, scrub cleaned and patted dry
- salt to taste
Directions
- Wrap each potato in a double layer of foil.
- As soon as the camp fire coals are glowing red bury the potatoes directly in them.
- Cook for 15 mins; turn with tongs and cook for 15 minutes more.
- Remove one and check if cooed through; unfold the foil with tongs.
- When cooked, unwrap and peel the potatoes. Split and season with salt.
