Choc Almond Vanilla Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • ¼ cup condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 200 g melted dark chocolate, left at room temperature
  • ¼ cup almonds diced

Directions

  1. Combine the yogurt, the condensed milk and the cream together. Pour in the popsicle molds. Freeze at least for 3 h, until firm.
  2. Mix the melted chocolate with the almonds. Spoon this mixture over each popsicle to cover.
