Coconut Mango Cream

Ingredients

  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 125 g coconut, shredded
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • sprig of mint (optional)

Directions

  1. Cream together the coconut cream, the shredded coconut and the yogurt. Pour this coconut mixture into four glasses.
  2. Garnish with the mango and a sprig of mint (if used).
