- 1 lemon, its juice
- 2 limes, its juice
- 1 lemon zest finely grated (be careful not to grate the bitter white pith)
- ½ cup water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- In a pot whisk all the ingredients together until well combined.
- Pour into molds and introduce it in the freezer for 2 to 3 hours.
