- 4 eggs, beaten
- 400 g young garlic, cut into chunks
- 16 shrimps, peeled and deveined
- salt and pepper
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat a skillet. Add the olive oil and sauté the young garlics. Add the shrimps and sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the eggs stirring continuously.
