Scrambled Eggs with Young Garlic and Shrimps

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 400 g young garlic, cut into chunks
  • 16 shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Heat a skillet. Add the olive oil and sauté the young garlics. Add the shrimps and sauté for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Fold in the eggs stirring continuously.
