- 1 lb shrimps, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless; cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Lightly oil grill and preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Thread the shrimps, chicken and bell peppers (alternately) onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
- Season with salt.
- Grill for 5 minutes per side, until they turn opaque.
