Shrimp and Chicken Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimps, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, boneless and skinless; cut into chunks
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks

Directions

  1. Lightly oil grill and preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Thread the shrimps, chicken and bell peppers (alternately) onto metal or soaked wooden skewers.
  3. Season with salt.
  4. Grill for 5 minutes per side, until they turn opaque.
