Tomato and Tuna Summer Salad

  • 400 g tomato, sliced
  • 200 g spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 400 g tuna, in olive oil
  • salt to taste


  1. Season the tomatoes with salt. Lay the tomatoes on a platter. Sprinkle the sliced onion over.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil from the tuna can over the whole; and scatter with tuna chunks and red pepper (if you want).
