- 4 pork chops
- 2 apples, sliced/or diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste.
- Lightly oil grill and preheat barbecue to medium-high.
- Season the chops with salt and pepper. Grill the chops on each side, until done; or until internal temperature of 71°C is reached.
- Grill the apples and serve along with the chops.
