Healthy Almond Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 g butter, softened
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 50 g flour
  • 50 g corn starch
  • 125 g almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon of soy lecithin.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the egg and then the flour, the corn starch, the almond flour and the soy lecithin.
  3. On a cookie sheet spoon balls of dough, spacing them out. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Let cool.
