Ingredients
- 400 g coconut cream
- 125 g coconut, shredded
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 slices of pineapple, cut into chunks
Directions
- Cream together the coconut cream, the shredded coconut and the yogurt. Pour this coconut mixture into four glasses.
- Garnish with the pineapple.
