Vanilla Mango Cream

Ingredients

  • 150 g condensed milk
  • 500 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 250 g mango pulp (it can be frozen)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios to garnish(optional).

Directions

  1. Cream the milk, the yogurt and the vanilla together. Pour into four glasses.
  2. Add a layer of mango pulp. Garnish with chopped pistachios (if used). Keep in the fridge.
